Black Joe Pumpkin Seeds - 10 Seeds
*Only seeds are sold.

■ Features
A large-fruited, black-skinned variety with a maturity period of 45-50 days.
Vigorous plant growth with abundant female flowers and excellent fruit set.
Leaves remain strong until harvest.
Fruits are oblate to round, weighing around 2.0kg. The skin is a deep black-green color with minimal discoloration after storage.
The flesh is yellow-orange, mealy, sweet, and has excellent flavor.

Suitable for open-field cultivation and late-season cultivation. For trained cultivation, a 2-main-vine system is suitable for spring planting, and a 1-main-vine system for late-season planting, but it also adapts well to unpruned, free-growth cultivation. Cultivation in relatively later cropping seasons is recommended, as low temperatures may lead to flattened fruits or undersized produce.

■ Soil Preparation
Two weeks before transplanting, incorporate 2-3kg of compost and 100g of dolomitic lime per square meter, then till. One week before transplanting, incorporate 80g of chemical fertilizer and till.

■ Cultivation Management
Select the main vine and 1-2 healthy lateral vines, removing others. Apply top dressing before flowering.
Female flowers typically appear around the 15th node, aiming for two fruits per vine.

■ Small Packet
A clear photo of the variety will be included in the small packet for easy identification.

■ Shipping
Ships via Japan Post's 4th Class Mail (no compensation, tracking, or specified delivery date; handled like regular mail) from a staffed post office counter, or via regular mail with postbox drop-off.
