This is a punch that makes it easy to create loose-leaf paper.
You can easily and quickly punch holes using the gauge punch.
I am listing this item because I no longer have a use for it.
The item is just barely within the size limits for Yu-Packet Post shipping, so I will push down the handle stopper on the side and ship it as shown in the 8th photo. To prevent the handle from lifting during delivery, I will secure the stopper pin with mending tape.
When using, remove the mending tape, lower the handle, and the stopper will release.
The box and instruction manual are not included.
Please refer to the 9th photo for usage instructions, although it shows a different model.
