Vintage Omega Ladymatic Ladies Watch Stainless Steel Automatic

Vintage Omega Ladymatic ladies wristwatch featuring a classic silver-tone case and bracelet with an aged cream dial, applied hour markers, and original Omega branding.  The watch shows noticeable age-related wear and patina throughout, including discoloration to the dial, scratches, and surface wear consistent with vintage use.  Important condition note: The winding/setting crown on the side of the watch is missing.
