Vintage Antler Handle Carving Knife Fork Set Folding Rest Unmarked 1890-1910

Vintage two-piece carving set featuring a carving knife and matching two-tine fork with natural antler handles.  The carving fork includes a hinged folding table rest, sometimes called a kickstand, designed to keep the tines raised above the table or serving surface. The knife has a long curved carving blade.  No readable maker’s mark was found. The set shows age-related surface wear, scratches, discoloration, and light oxidation to the metal. The antler handles show natural variation in color and texture.
